Elena Sadina was born in 1970 in Ivanovo, Russia. Her music education began at school in 1977. Seven years later it was continued at a music college. In 1994, Elena graduated from the renowned Saratov State Conservatory with highest honors. During the course of her studies she won prizes in several music competitions:

Elena currently studies at the Royal Carillon School "Jef Denyn" in Mechelen, Belgium. In 1999 she won second prize in an International Carillon Competition in the Netherlands.
